DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Once you place an order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. The order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Note that delivery addresses cannot be edited once the order has been placed. Upon processing, an email with the shipping date confirmation and tracking details will be sent to you. Delivery times vary, but for standard service, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days after the ship date. Domestic orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, the processing time and shipping confirmation email are the same as for domestic orders. The delivery time can vary between 3-7 business days after the ship date, depending on the destination and service chosen.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are only estimates, and they may take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. Additionally, 44 Once Upon A Time is not responsible for unanticipated delays by carriers or customs clearance. If the package is delivered but not received, please contact info@44onceuponatime.com.

NO SHIPPING TO YOUR COUNTRY?

We're expanding our shipping services to reach new territories, making our products more accessible worldwide. If you want delivery to a country not currently supported on our website, simply email info@44onceuponatime.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

REFUNDS

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account.

FREE RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email info@44onceuponatime.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a return labels. Returns must be mailed within 14 days of receiving your return confirmation number. Returns mailed more than 14 days after the date of your return confirmation will not be accepted. Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. 44 Once Upon A Time is not responsible for lost or missing packages.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Sometimes it takes time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please email us at info@44onceuponatime.com.

DAMAGES

PRODUCT CARE

Product care is important to preserve the quality of your 44 Once Upon A Time product. We carefully select the finest materials to ensure high manufacturing standards. Each item is unique with grain and colour variations, which are natural characteristics. Avoid exposure to direct light, heat, and humidity, and contact with water, cosmetics, and oil-based substances.
